2. All the orders will be delivered within 7 to 14 business days.
3. If you wish to return the mattress, please contact your respective store.
4. Return Pickup will be arranged within 7 to 14 business days.
5. Return Service will be applicable from the ground floor only of the delivered address.
6. A sum of $250 will be deducted from the paid mattress value towards administration and pickup services when returning the mattress.
7. The money will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days from the day of return.
8. The mattress must be returned in the exact same condition as delivered or picked up.
9. A mattress protector must be used during the trial period to avoid any stains or damages.
10. Trial period will start from the date of delivery and will last for 30 days.
11. All the original packaging must be kept in case if you wish to return the mattress.
12. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse.
