Return Policy

Cancellation

Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 20% for orders cancelled by the customer in case of change of mind or for the orders that are in processing or already processed.

In the event of a cancelled order, funds paid in relation to that order will be refunded as soon as is reasonably practicable. You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement of the cancellation and refund.

T&Cs:

  • The customer can keep the original packaging safe in case of return or replacement. If the original packaging is not available then the customer will be responsible to repack the items for safe transit. The freight company do not pickup the items that are not packed properly or unsafe for transit.
  • Return Shipment will be paid by the buyer in case of change of mind (Return shipment includes two way shipping charges e.g. delivering and returning)
  • We don’t offer change of mind return on Mattresses and Pillows.
  • Customers can arrange their own return  to our warehouse or Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding can also help the customers in this regard.
  • If the product arrives damaged or faulty, the buyer must take the pictures and send it to us to process the return, replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery (vary from case to case after discussing the case details with the buyer). 
  • Please do not use damaged or faulty items as it may cause further damage to the item and it may not be safe to use for you.
